PLEASE READ THIS IS A NIGHTMARE

I have been emailing so many people for that past week and no one reply's.

I am a grandma 62 yrs old. This is my horrible experience just to get tickets and put a smile on my babys face.

My grandson *** has been not only a yankee fan since age 3 but *** huge fan.. To the point he is incredible in baseball as Mr *** inspired him to become a baseball player. *** plays on ***

This past Christmas 2025 I bought him yankee ticket's for June 6th 2026 game. I am disabled It took me almost a year to save up for these tickets to give my grandson the ultimate experience seeing the Yankees against The Red sox... FInally I buy them in December 2025 well now the nightmare starts.

1st I only buy from ticketmaster I should have done so, Instead I hear buy from stub hub they are cheaper and better.. NOT NOT I bought from stub hub it was a war since last week to get my paid in full tickets over $1,000 cause again I wanted my grandson to see *** up front and center while having the time of his life the first time in a stadium and the Yankees. Well I had to continue to call Stub hub for over a week finally a manager gets back to me. I did not get my tickets till 2 30. pm on Saturday day of the game.. I am furious they waited toll the last minute to release them...

So we leave later now are driving over 2 hrs traffic insane and then we waited over an hour to get into the stadium it was sold out packed.

We would have left earlier to avoid the nightmare gas and tolls and horror *** show. If I had gotten the tickets way earlier, as I was told I might get a refund to wait before leaving. this should not be allowed to sell ticket to your fans. And have them wait till day of and last minute we like to plan ahead because you never know what can happen... especially to make my grandson *** so upset he cried all day not sure if we were going to the game cause no tickets...

then after all the chaos finally we sit and the game is cancelled due to the weather my blood pressure up what a nightmare.

We are now on for August 29th can you imagine how disappointed my *** is and then we come to learn that Mr *** is hurt so we are praying for his speedy recovery. I bought 3 tickets this was a disaster I save from my disability for my *** to be so sad he cried all the way home. I had contacted the BBB attorney general and the federal trade commission I have posted all over social media what a bad experience for my *** to go through I thought maybe the Yankees could turn this nightmare into a positive for my grandson ***. A die hard fan for 7 yrs ...

AFTER ALL SAID AND DONE STUB HUB NOW IS NOT GIVING ME THE NEW SEATS THEY OFFERD ME DUE TO THE CHOAS THEY CREATED STRESS TOLLS GAS LONG LINES CAUSE THEY WAITED LAST MONUTE THIS IS UNEXCEPTIABLE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OUT... ATTAHED IS A PICTRE OF MY BABY WHY DO YOU MAKE KIDS CRY

Just wanted you to know that perhaps your oldest and best fan is turning 100 years old on September 3, 2024. Robert Reagan has been a lifetime fan of the NY Yankees!

In 1959, he and his newlywed wife went to a double header at Yankee Stadium and saw Mickey Mantle and Yogi Berra play! He has had many favorite players but Joe DiMaggio, Mickey Mantle, and Yogi Berra come to mind. Last year, his family had a 99th birthday party for him and he wore Aaron Judge's 99 jersey at his party! I am his sister-in-law but just was hoping you could somehow remember him or honor him with an autographed picture or a special letter.
